EXERCISE AND MUSCLE GROUPS TO STRENGTHEN FOR DANCE

SO DON'T GIVE UP, UNLESS DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES. YOU WON'T REGRET IT, AT ANY AGE,GYPSY INGRAM-STOW.
